Network of survey control stations

Buildings, boundaries, roads, trees, vegetation, services, street furniture, changes in surface, drainage, levels, water-course levels, neighbouring properties with ridge, eave and floor levels, contours and descriptions on features

We can add drainage inverts and pipe sizes when instructed

Drawn in Autocad in 2D, 3D or both with the DWG file emailed straight to the client. Hard copies are also available on request

Measured Surveys
Measured Surveys are produced to our high standards ensuring accurate plans for the clients to work from when refurbishing, altering or extending buildings

Floorplans - To include all structural details such as walls, doors, windows, beams, partitions, false ceilings, stairs, floor levels, utillities (when specified) and labelled up with descriptions and heights of features

Elevations - To show all visible details such as positions of windows, doors, eaves, guttering, fallpipes, roof detail and materials and levels

Roofplan - To show ridge, eaves, gutters, chimneys, skylights and any plant

Sections - Typical cross sections determined by clients or on site by the Surveyor
